MATT

Hi again everyone. I was talking with Matt a little bit today. He's kind of dorky acting but he is everything I said I wanted in a guy.

1. He's nice--dorky nice but nice
2. He's of average intelligence--very smart in history!!!!
3. Decent Looking--he's okay in this area.
4. High morals--he's still a virgin and isn't afraid to admit it! lol
5. Doesn't do drugs or smoke--he has drunk before but he hates cigarettes. Yes! lol

Anyway, I talked with him today and this is about how the conversation went.

Matt: "Okay, your a vegetarian, you volunteer at the animal shelter, and you don't do drugs. Your like an angel or something."

(lol Awe, I thought that was so nice of him. I know I'm not a definite angel though.)

Me: "Awe, thanks. I guess I'm just innocent but I'm not an angel or anything."

Matt: "Then what do you do that's bad?"

Me: "Umm..nothing really. I argue with my parents but most people can't imagine me arguing with anyone."

Matt:" Yeah, I can't imagine you mad or anything."

Me: "Yeah, it takes a lot to piss me off! I'm pretty mellow."

Well, that's the jiff of the conversation. I was talking with Kristi briefly about sex education. lol The was a show on television last night that discusses it and kristi and I completely agree sex education should be a priority in school rather than talking about not having sex. I don't think sex is great for high school. There are so many people popping out babies. It's really like an epidemic or something.

I just recently found out that one of my friends is actually into the same things I am! She's into chakras and energy. She told me the other day she bought a wiccan book and her parents found out. It was kind of downhill from there but I am actually going to spend the night at her house this weekend and go to the mall friday. We will go to the bookstore and we will find some books on New Age. Also, I'm bringing some of my books over there along with some incense. We were both talking about he we wanted to get in touch with nature...ect I feel that I am definitely lacking in the nature oriented area. That's a very important thing to have as far as spirituality. Well, she told me about this guy in our Marine Bio class and how he was really into nature. She said that him and a group of other people go into the woods and she also said something about the mountains and hiking. Well, today at lunch she told me "Alicia, I don't think your gonna like it though." I asked why. She said "Well, they are satanists." Now freeze for a moment. If this was a year or two ago. ..I'd freak out! BUT I don't know. This guy seems like a nice guy and since I knew and know little about the religion, who gives me the right to judge. I believe that everyone can learn something from each religion in the world. I old her something similar to that any she replied, "Isn't hat the opposite direction we want to go?" I know. If they participate in anything to do with animal killing or any acts of violence or harm, then I am so definitely out in even thinking about it.
